We appreciate that people can feel wary about approaching a consultancy company for an initial discussion about a potential project for fear of the hard sell and a ‘black box’ approach to fee rates. We promise not to subject you to either.
For instance, we are open about our fee rates and provide detail in proposals about how costs have been reached. If there are opportunities to reduce the costs of a particular assignment (e.g. by working in partnership and sharing tasks) then we will highlight these. We encourage clients to pick up the phone and have an informal chat with us about their potential requirements. We are honest about what we can do for clients and whether consultancy support is appropriate and realistic. We present options and, where possible, a menu of support which the client can choose from.
