Cordis Bright Ltd offers the following Service Guarantee to all clients.
If you are not satisfied with the work undertaken for you by Cordis Bright and if, after one attempt, we fail to correct this situation to your satisfaction, Cordis Bright will refund the proportion of your fee that relates to this element of the assignment.
To implement this Service Guarantee, you must first put in writing your specific reasons for dissatisfaction which will then form the basis of a reasonable discussion between Cordis Bright and you prior to undertaking any remedial work. Cordis Bright may hold different opinions from those of its clients; this Service Guarantee does not cover such differences.
