Our Fees
Our fees are some of the most competitive in the sector. We are a ‘lean’ organisation: we have minimal overheads which keep our costs low. In addition, our fee rates have not changed for the past three years.
We are open and honest about our fees: these are detailed in proposals to potential clients. For examples of how much a typical project costs, please click here.
We help our clients manage the cost — and maximise the impact — of every consultancy engagement in three main ways:
- No upselling, no dumbing down: we ensure that fees are kept to the lowest possible by allocating the appropriately qualified and experienced staff to work on each element of the project. There is no ‘up-selling’, no ‘dumbing down’.
- Fixed price engagements: we know that it is important to have certainty about how much a particular project costs. As a result, we are happy to work on a fixed price for engagements. Our proposal will detail the time required and the outputs or outcomes that we will deliver for this fixed price.
- Avoid risk through our Service Guarantee: our Service Guarantee states that if you are not satisfied with the work undertaken for you by Cordis Bright and if, after one attempt, we fail to correct this situation to your satisfaction, Cordis Bright will refund the proportion of your fee that relates to this element of the assignment. See the details of our Service Guarantee here
All this, of course, would be meaningless without two other elements to our offer:
- A track record: we are proud of our track record in the sectors in which we specialise. We deliver to time, to budget and to specification. On average, in client satisfaction questionnaires, clients rate our overall performance as ‘excellent’.
- A genuine commitment to the public sector: for us, the public sector is not primarily a source of profit. Rather our team is passionate about the public sector and want to help to maximise the impact it has on people’s lives. We believe that this is reflected in the way we work and the way that we approach a problem.
