Executive recruitment

Recruiting at senior levels is getting increasingly difficult. Our expectations of senior staff are getting higher as the marketplace becomes more complex. Roles such as Directors of Operations can be particularly difficult to fill because the job tends to be more complicated than in the past.

Cordis Bright offers an executive recruitment service for clients in the not-for-profit sector. Our close contacts with people running social care organisations enable us to do this efficiently and cost-effectively.

We recruit senior executives only: Chief Executives and those immediately reporting to them.

Cordis Bright has an excellent track record in executive recruitment. We have a long history of placing individuals who stay and thrive in their positions and make positive contributions to the organisations they join.

We work with clients in one of two ways:

  • Traditional: the full service, from developing job description and person specification, drafting and placing the ad through to interviewing, selecting and taking up references.
  • Results-based: you run your recruitment exercise as normal. We draw the vacancy to the attention of an agreed list of our contacts who would make desirable candidates and, if appropriate, encourage them to apply. You only pay us if one of our contacts is appointed.

Our recruitment work tends to arise from other strategic work, such as restructuring or business planning. We only recruit for clients who we are working with on other projects.
