We are well-connected. We have good working relationships with the vast majority of voluntary sector health, social care and housing organisations in England and Wales. We have a long track record of supporting more than 20 merger discussions, including a recent merger which created the largest learning disability provider in the UK. We help our clients with all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and partnerships, from identifying potential partners to negotiation support.

Merger discussions have a very high failure rate and even the simplest arrangements can come unstuck as discussions progress. We know what the 'crunch points# are and have a range of strategies to help both parties avoid the classic traps.
