Executive recruitment

We're not a recruitment agency. But over the years, lots of clients have come to us asking for help with key executive appointments. They know that we have an in-depth knowledge of the people and organisations which provide health, social care and housing services in England and Wales.

For certain key appointments we can provide a much more valuable service than a standard recruitment agency with limited knowledge of the challenges that organisations are likely to face. We have successfully made appointments through discreet headhunting or open advertisement. Our involvement has ranged from providing clients with a screened short-list of potential candidates to managing the entire recruitment process (including the use of psychometric tests if appropriate).
