Support we offer

Cordis Bright advises on a wide range of questions, from trouble-shooting specific problems with individual services through to broad strategic and organisational issues.

A typical consultancy project might include helping our clients with:

• Working towards broad, long-term goals, such as a modernisation agenda, managing the tensions between cost-savings, quality and individualisation of services
• Identifying and working with partners, particularly across statutory/non-statutory boundaries, and creating partnerships with health

It is also delivered in a way that makes sense to our clients, focused on what they really need to know, not on theoretical analysis or our own agenda.

One of the characteristics that make us different from other consultants is our willingness to engage with our clients on an informal, 'real-time' basis. We do, of course, provide formal consultancy services, but we also encourage our clients to pick up the phone and ask our views there and then. Sometimes, clients need a ten-minute chat with someone knowledgeable, experienced and approachable - not an in-depth consultancy report. We are happy to work with you in this way.
