Inclusion, involvement and consultation

Cordis Bright helps our clients to understand their constituencies and stakeholders better.

Much of our work involves talking to our clients' service users, carers, target communities, stakeholders and staff. We carry out consultations to measure people's views and aspirations, the outcomes of existing services, and as part of a service change and development.

Whether evaluating government-funded programmes or researching needs to assist in the development of specific services and strategies, we place a heavy emphasis upon inclusion of geographical communities, communities of interest and current and potential users of services.

We have a portfolio of techniques, enabling us to engage with local communities and to provide targeted consultation and involvement with targeted groups. We have developed a particular expertise around isolated and marginalised communities, such as people with mental health problems, young offenders, teenage parents, people with learning disabilities, Black and minority ethnic communities, asylum seekers and very young children.

The Cordis Bright team includes social researchers and professionals with a social work and social care background. Our skills, the high quality of our research, and the cost-effectiveness of our packages mean that we enjoy much repeat work and word of mouth recommendation in this area.
