Profile

Colin works with clients mainly in the integrated children's services and inclusion agendas. He also has experience of education, neighbourhood renewal and partnership working.

Colin's recent projects include:

• Support to local authority and voluntary sector projects in the measurement of impact and outcomes for children and families.
• Local needs assessments, covering Children Services strategic planning, Childcare Sufficiency Assessments, and Children's Centre needs analyses.
• Reviews and evaluations for a range of services, including a children's centre services, a city learning centre, a parent partnership service, and independent living services for adults with a disability.
• Preparation for Joint Area Reviews.

Prior to joining Cordis Bright, Colin worked for a specialist education and learning consultancy team. In this role he supported clients in continuous improvement, inclusion, evaluation and managing change.
