As Managing Director, Colin is responsible for the overall delivery of the company strategy and ensuring that clients receive high quality support and advice from the team.

Colin also works with a wide range of clients focussing on performance improvement, service reviews and partnership working. He has experience across children's services, youth justice, adult social care, education, neighbourhood renewal and community health services.

Relevant experience includes:

• Support to Children's Trusts on children's centres, family support services and multi-agency working, covering: role of partnership boards, area governance arrangements, review of partnership working, effectiveness of services, commissioning and needs assessments
• Leading Cordis Bright's work in relation to childcare sufficiency and managing the market
• Support to local authorities and voluntary sector projects in the measurement of impact and outcomes, including toolkits, innovative case-study approaches to measuring impact, and support on narrowing the gap
• Evaluations, consultations and service reviews, including projects for the Equality and Human Rights Commission, Children's Workforce Development Council and Home Office
• Audits of safeguarding, health, education and youth offending
• Support to local authorities in preparation for inspection
