Julian works with clients who operate mainly in the adult
social care sector. His specialisms include: learning disabilities,
supported housing, social care contracting, commissioning,
finance, benchmarking and service review. Julian also has
extensive experience of IT, supporting social care organisations
in the development of tailored applications, the automation
of business processes and web development.
Julian's current and recent projects include the development of a client monitoring database and a performance management system. He has also worked with a local authority on the evaluation of home care monitoring arrangements and has been involved in the writng of a PFI bid for extra care sheltered housing. Julian is also responsible for the ongoing development of Cordis Bright's Social Care Benchmarking Service.
Prior to joining Cordis Bright, Julian was a freelance consultant in social housing and Supporting People. Before that, he had senior management experience in supported housing / social care in a range of housing associations and client groups. He has a MBA with the Open University.
