Lucy has a first hand understanding of the strategic and practical management issues faced by voluntary sector organisations. She has worked in the voluntary sector for more than 10 years, and held a series of management positions in that time.
She began her career at the Charity Commission (where she managed an information and advice service). She was also Head of Major Gifts and a member of the senior management team at a national disability charity. Prior to working at Cordis Bright, Lucy was Head of Learning and Sustainability at an infrastructure agency which supports local Voluntary and Community Organisations to develop and respond to fast-changing agendas.
Recent projects at Cordis Bright have included: support for Neighbourhood Renewal Fund project managers on measuring impact and outcomes; competitor and market analysis for large not-for-profit clients; and an evaluation of the impact of preventative technology on behalf of a social services department.
Lucy has a Masters degree in Voluntary Sector Management from Cass Business School.
