Will works in both children's services and adult social care health sectors. He is skilled at quantitative and qualitative research methods and in the distillation of secondary data. He has extensive experience in consultations with a range of stakeholders.

Before joining Cordis Bright, Will worked for the British Transport Police where he project-managed a consultation focusing on ethnic minority perceptions of BTP's section 44 Terrorism searches. This project involved contacting hard-to-reach communities (such as young Muslims) in both London and Manchester and engaging with them on this challenging topic.
Will has a First Class Honours Degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge
