Cordis Bright contributed to Shelter Cymru's recent report on Accessing and Sustaining Social Tenancies: exploring barriers to homelessness prevention. Our work was focused on understanding the costs of evictions and producing robust cost-benefit analyses for different homelessness prevention initiatives.
