We work with clients to help them to support young people achieve improvements in education, training and employment outcomes.
Our work is wide-ranging and includes needs assessments, research, evaluation and consultancy to develop and improve initiatives, programmes and projects to support young people on their journey to employment. This includes a particular focus on young people who are at risk and from marginalised and/or minoritised communities.
We like to work with young people with lived experience, clients and their partners taking co-productive and participatory approaches to developing the right methodological approaches to meet needs.
We have delivered a range of needs assessments, quantitative and qualitative research, theory-led, realist and quasi-experimental and experimental evaluations in this area. We are on the evaluation panel of the Youth Futures Foundation, the What Works Centre for youth employment.
