Cordis Bright’s final evaluation report on the Living Well UK programme was published this month. Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and led by the Innovation Unit, the programme has supported mental health service transformation in four sites across the UK, whilst generating evidence and learning to influence transformation across the NHS in the UK. Over the course of the evaluation we produced detailed interim and final reports for each of the sites. This report is a summary of the evaluation findings across the programme. More detail can be found here.
We have also had an active UK Disability History Month. This year’s theme is “disability, health and wellbeing”, and we’ve been using the month as an opportunity to reflect on how we meaningfully involve people with a disability in the research we conduct, and how we support people with a disability to be an equal and supported part of our team. We’ve taken part in a number of events and held conversations within the team about how disability is measured and considered in social research, and how we can make adjustments in our own workplace to ensure everyone can bring their authentic self to work.
