We’re pleased to announce that Cordis Bright has been recognised as a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer through the government’s Disability Confident scheme.

This accreditation reflects our commitment to improving the accessibility and inclusivity of our recruitment, workplace practices, and organisational culture. Over the past two years, we’ve taken a number of steps to strengthen our approach, including providing disability inclusion training, improving our adjustments processes, and embedding inclusive practice into our day-to-day work.

Becoming a Disability Confident Employer demonstrates that we actively seek to recruit and retain disabled people, support individuals to succeed in their roles, and challenge barriers to inclusion.

We’ll continue to reflect on and improve our practices, with a view to working towards Level 3 of the Disability Confident scheme in future.
