Tom Noon presented the early findings of a research project co-produced between Cordis Bright and ADASS about how councils can maintain an adequate supply of good quality home care. This is a particular challenge given reducing council budgets, the national minimum wage, workforce supply, increasingly complex care needs and the financial sustainability of independent providers.
