Camilla brings extensive experience of working with schools and local authorities and of working on complex multi-stakeholder education projects. She is currently a learning and development consultant and held previous roles as a management consultant; a primary and secondary school local authority adviser; secondary deputy headteacher; and classroom teacher.
Camilla has led major school improvement support programmes for schools facing challenging circumstances. A core part of this work has involved leading programmes aimed out improving outcomes for targeted groups of pupils, covering special educational needs, attendance, exclusions, achievement and transition. She has extensive experience of engaging with pupils including panels, interviews and workshops.

Camilla has an in-depth experience of the academies programme, having worked on numerous schemes in various capacities, including the roles of Programme Director, Project Director, and Education Adviser. She has worked with a range of sponsors including, in Liverpool, the Diocese of the Church of England, the Roman Catholic Archdiocese and Liverpool Hope University; the Oxford Diocese and Buckinghamshire County Council; Woodard Schools; and the Harris Federation. The outcomes of her work on academy projects include translating sponsors’ ideas into educational outcomes; the appointment of Principals and other senior staff; developing and drafting school policies; and preparation for Ofsted pre-opening inspections.
We are working with Camilla on the evaluation of Future Men's Boys Development Programme on behalf of the Youth Endowment Fund.
